How fast can you actually get here?
For no-heat emergencies in the GTA, usually same day — often within 4 hours. For scheduled visits, typical lead time is 1–3 business days.
What does a diagnostic visit cost?
Flat diagnostic fee (waived if you proceed with the repair). Written quote before any work starts — no guessing, no "change orders" on the invoice.
Should I repair or replace?
Depends on age, efficiency, and the cost of the fix. The honest test: if the repair is over 50% of the cost of a new install, and the furnace is 12+ years old, replace it. Under that, repair. We'll show you the math.
Am I currently renting my furnace?
Common in GTA homes. If you're locked into a big-brand rental (Reliance, Enercare, etc.) and want to own, we'll walk through the buyout math vs buying new. If you prefer to rent but want fair terms, our own rental program is a legitimate alternative. Either way we'll show the numbers.
What furnace brands do you install?

Should I switch to a heat pump instead of a new furnace?
Often yes — especially if you're replacing anyway. Cold-climate heat pumps work great in Ontario, and the Home Renovation Savings program pays up to $7,500 toward the switch. We run both scenarios during the assessment.
What warranty do you offer?
Manufacturer warranty on the equipment (5–12 years parts/heat exchanger depending on brand) plus our written workmanship warranty on the labour. Terms in writing before you sign.
Own it or rent it — what are my options?
Both. Buy outright — you own the furnace and every dollar saved on gas goes into your pocket. Rent from us — zero upfront cost, predictable monthly fee, full coverage (parts, labour, service, eventual replacement) included. Different from a Reliance/Enercare lock-in; we'll show both at the assessment.
Do you do annual tune-ups?
Yes. An annual clean-and-check catches most problems before they become no-heat emergencies. We offer multi-year plans that include priority dispatch.
