Never run out of hot water again —
in a basement with room to spare.
A tankless unit delivers endless hot water on demand, takes up a fraction of the space, and typically lasts 10–15 years. We size it right, vent it properly, and walk you through every option — tank included — before you decide.

Comparable lifespan. Endless flow. A reclaimed closet.
Tankless installs cost more up front. Lifespans are similar to a quality tank — but you get hot water that never runs out, in a footprint the size of a suitcase. We run the 10-year math in writing at the assessment.

0cold-shower mornings, ever again
A wall-mounted box. Endless hot water. A reclaimed closet.
The numbers are simple once someone shows them to you in writing. That's literally what the free assessment is for.
Endless hot water, on demand
Shower, dishwasher, laundry — all at once, no "who used the hot water" fights. The unit heats on demand, so you never run out and never wait for a tank to refill.
Reclaim a closet of space
A tankless unit is roughly the size of a suitcase, mounted on the wall. Get back the 16 square feet a tank took up — room for storage, laundry, a workbench, or just a tidier mechanical room.
10–15 years of endless flow
A quality tankless, properly sized and descaled annually, typically lasts 10–15 years — comparable to a well-built tank. The difference is what you get every single day for those 10–15 years: hot water that never runs out, in a footprint the size of a suitcase.
Not sure if tankless fits your home?
That's exactly what the free assessment is for. We check gas line size, venting path, and peak demand — then show you both options with real numbers. No upsell, no pressure.
We exclusively install & service Rinnai and Navien tankless units
Tankless isn't right for every home — and we'll tell you.
BUT we're TSSA-licensed (FS-R-52162), insured by Zensurance, HRAI members, and WSIB cleared. Undersized gas line, long venting runs, or low peak-demand homes sometimes make a high-efficiency tank the smarter call. We'll say so.
What we won't do is push you into a tankless install that ends in a service call three winters later. If you want a quote without a visit and a "trust me," we'll respectfully point you elsewhere. If you want it done right once, let's talk.

Real homeowner questions, answered.
Is my home "tankless-ready"?
Most GTA homes are — or can be made so with a gas line upgrade. We check gas size, venting path, and electrical at the free assessment. If your home isn't a great fit, we'll tell you and recommend a high-efficiency tank instead.
What's the real cost difference vs a tank?
Tankless installs typically cost 1.5–2× a tank up front, with a comparable 10–15 year lifespan. The everyday payoff is endless hot water and reclaimed space — not raw cost savings. We lay out the math in writing so you can decide what's worth it for your home.
Can it actually handle two showers at once?
Yes — if it's sized right. We calculate your peak demand (flow rate × temperature rise) during the assessment. Proper sizing is the difference between "endless hot water" and "lukewarm in the master bath."
What about hard water in the GTA?
GTA water is moderately hard. Tankless units need annual descaling (we teach you, or come do it). Pair with a water softener for best long-term performance — we'll quote both at the assessment if it makes sense for your home.
Can I switch from a rental tank?
Yes. We do rental-exit conversions regularly and can walk you through the buyout math versus a new owned tankless. If you're locked into a Reliance/Enercare-style rental and want out, we've helped hundreds of GTA homeowners exit those contracts cleanly.
Own it or rent it — what are my options?
Two paths. Buy outright — you own the unit, get 10–15 years out of it, no monthly payment. Rent from us — zero upfront cost, predictable monthly fee, full coverage (parts, labour, service, eventual replacement) included. We run both numbers at the assessment.
What warranty do you offer?
Manufacturer warranty (heat exchanger up to 15 years, parts 5–10) plus our written workmanship warranty on the install. We go through the terms line-by-line during the walkthrough — before you sign anything.
How long does a tankless install take?
Most tankless installs wrap in one day. We pull the permit, inspect the gas line, vent properly, and test everything before we leave. Then we walk you through how to run it, how to descale it, and what's covered.
What happens after I book?
Within one business day a licensed technician (not a sales rep) calls you, confirms a time, and books the free in-home visit. The tech shows up on time, measures your home, reviews tank-and-tankless options, emails you a written quote. You decide. No follow-up spam.
End cold showers forever.
Free, no-pressure in-home assessment. Tank-vs-tankless math in writing. 200+ GTA homeowners rated us 5.0 on Google.
P.S. We'll never sell you a tankless if it isn't the right fit for your home. We'd rather install the right unit once than chase a problem for years.
