Furnace not heating?
Start with a clear diagnosis.

No heat, repeated shutdowns, weak airflow and an unfamiliar sound are reasons to arrange a furnace diagnostic visit. The same symptom can have different causes, so an online description alone is not enough to choose a replacement part.

For a suspected gas leak, carbon-monoxide alarm, smoke or immediate danger, leave the building and call 911 or the gas utility from a safe location. Do not wait for an online booking or use the appointment form as an emergency-response service.

For an ordinary service request, choose furnace repair in the booking form, enter the full service address including any unit number, and review the diagnostic fee and available appointment windows before confirming. Availability depends on the address and team schedule; a same-day visit is not guaranteed.

Help the technician prepare by noting when the problem began, whether the furnace stops after starting, and any message visible on the thermostat. Have the brand, model and recent service history ready if you can access them safely. Do not remove covers or bypass safety controls to collect this information.

The visit starts with the reported symptoms and a system diagnosis. Review the finding, proposed repair, parts and price before authorizing additional work. A diagnostic appointment is not an all-inclusive repair price. If replacement is worth comparing, ask for the repair path and a separate installation proposal so you can decide with the scope and cost in view.
